Does anyone get the impression that these chaps have stuffed up and not followed the process.

We have been asked to give all our SBL shares to another party without knowing the whole story.

Poor old Dato (the "I know nufhing" Infiniti director who discloses 5 months after the event)

Now Infiniti (We brought 5 million dollars of your shares but have failed to lodge the appropriate paper work at the time) but you can still vote to invest in our company.

How could anyone expect these chaps to run a gold panning operation in Western Africa - it is beyond belief.
