Unfortunately I'm not laughing - i just don't get how such non-disclosures is acceptable on the ASX or why such ties aren't considered insider trading by ASIC. Where there's smoke there....IMHO

I also can't help wondering if the delay was done on purpose to tie it in with "Poor Old Dato's" coming clean or vice a versa. As if a member on the infinit finacnial commitee wouldn't have any influence on how $5mill is spent, right..... must be normal practice in Bermuda
