Interesting thought and i believe id8 were one step ahead of this with the way the register sits now. There is a big road block to any hostile take over in the form of the majority share holder/s. Looking back at the going on with the board take over attempt, you got to wonder what the real intention was.
In my opinion even if the case is allowed to go ahead with part of the claim, I cant see JPM getting out of this without some serious egg on their face. Even with a partial claim JPM need to explain to the world how their flagship payments system got in this situation. With this in mind a confidential settlement in my opinion would be one logical solution. This makes the next week or so very very interesting.
