Pretty sure we should just expect a notice that a response to the motion to dismiss has been filed. I would say the judge will need to look over these and make a judgment. The judge may call them for a chat to support their case.
Remember this has nothing to do with answering the complaint is more to do with why should JPM answer. JPM lawyers getting their fees well and truely.
