I asked John Rayment about this.
This is what he said:
"Hi ****, we are not in possession of any information about when the court might respond to the REQUEST for Oral Argument filed on February 16."
Like many others, I have a lot riding on this claim and I'm pretty anxious knowing it could go either way. I guess the court will respond when it's good and ready.
