Just via a text message. I don't even bother to try get a feel as to how the company is travelling because I know I will get worked up when he says he can't say anything. I wouldn't mind that response if once or twice a year the company did actually announce that they achieved something.
We are down to our last bit of Payble holding so once they sell that to "extend the runway", we will probably have to look at selling the patent.
Let's hope it doesn't get to that and we can reach a settlement with JP MORGAN with regards to this infringement claim. We can only hope the little guy is protected against the Goliath that is a serial offender of infringements. Hopefully the court gives us a chance.
