These clowns were totally disorganised at the 2019 AGM. It's no surprise their paperwork is wrong and their disclosures to the ASX are incorrect.
The whole AGM was totally amateur. Angus Geddes showed up late. There were issues with the slideshow presentation. The secretary didn't know how to record votes. There was a lot of outright anger throughout the meeting at the fund's underperformance. They should wind up the fund... or expect a lot more disgust at the 2020 AGM.
