Well - I've taken an initial position on this one. This is the second buy I have made since the GFC using my xray model. Looking through the cycle, I expect to make about a 32% return after tax by buying at this price, if the last 11 years is a guide to the next 11 years. Have to take advantage of the markets short term focus sometimes. GLTA Hopefully I can get some more at a lower price again.
