    maybe LWP lease an unused mill ..... use the $5M to retro fit the LWP tech. and we are in business!!!

    I think this might be right - it could be that for some reason the idea of a JV isn't looking as good as going it alone. We have all the expertise, there are dormant plants around - why not do it ourselves? The fact that they are now looking for $5M that wasn't mentioned before may suggest a change in direction from a JV.
