    That is a very good point actually..!

    Another thing one must ask is - why was this resolution not on the agenda before? Surely numbers were crunched before and this would have been known before recently... is it possible that this means a larger deal has presented itself than what was first thought?..

    It's all speculating for now I guess! Let's hope whatever it is, the value added far outweighs the dilution that may come
