mmmm, interesting, changing the release date from the 1st to the 6th? Reason for change of date would have been nice..
Optimistic me sees the release on a Monday, being an effect of a positive CE announcement early in the month, perhaps at the market open on the 6th or at end of trade on Friday the 3rd, so that these freebies at 13c looks like a huge pay day..
Pessimistic me sees it as bad news coming, possibly Friday the 10th or 17th, and releasing Dr Astons "entitlement" later allows directors more time to offload as much of their holdings as possible (taking turns) before these 500,000 become available, and taking the free $ to another interests. Though it makes less sense.
Be interesting to find out if directors had actually paid for shares or simply had their entire holdings gifted as remuneration schemes and sign on bonuses..
Imagine what would happen to the Pharmaust (PAA) SP if news was released to the market that highly regarded director, Dr Roger Aston, had purchased $50k worth at 5c, on-market (with his own money)..
Were they told something today that should be shared, and prompted the amendment??
Either way, CE news is coming in the next few weeks and/or another director departure..
