Just noticed the Unibail comment - still can't believe how low the rates have been on their company issued bonds! Will have a flow through to earnings for URW eventually and there is definite value there if it can be realised. All of the recent property sales for URW to date seem to be above the stated NTA, so here's to hoping that we can see some positive returns in this one going forward.
