I'm still scratching my head on James Dack
- 300k salary
- 380k signing on fee
- 20,000,000 shares (3% of the company.....based on current market cap that equates to $4m)

That's even more than Frank owns in the company......what exactly is this guy bringing to the table for shareholders?

There doesn't even seem to be any conditions attached to any of this apart from having to stick around for 12 mths to collect the sign-on, and 2yrs for the shares

The 20m shares need shareholder approval.......surely this needs to get rejected unless Dack delivers on something!
