    Haha, here's a nice death-spiral Christmas present to current holders:

    The price at which Convertible Notes convert to Conversion Shares (Conversion Price) is the
    lesser of    :
    (a) a 20% discount to the 15-day VWAP prior to the Conversion rounded to 5 decimal
    places; and
    (b) $0.017.

    No matter how low the share prices falls, these vultures can still sell and make a 20% profit. Good-bye shareholder capital.
