    This latest announcement just continues the perpetual process of issuing shares at a continual discount to existing holders ie 20 percent discount to WAP. the expansion of shareholder capital & going off the market to solicit funds . Boy those Still capital clients have an understanding attitude & appetite for risk. Can't believe they would do it again
