A shame, but... mining is a very intensive business.
Management clearly have a handle on the issue, so other than a 2% reduction in production for the year, the gold is still there and EMR is in a great position due to having already proven it can run the mine very profitably.
Hopefully they can undertake other maintenance at the mine to at the least, find small benefits due to the issue.
