An interesting update. The following 'nuggets' stood out to me:

- launch of Ingram Micro Spain (18th Oct)

- expecting to add a new sales channel partner(in progress)

- upswell rate and amount spent have both increase

- Airstream via Thor likely to add more vehicles (Jayco perhaps?)

- updates to come regarding direct property opportunities of which hundreds and thousands of buildings are managed (if they could secure at least 1 deal here we would likely see a re-rate in the SP

- 2 additional sensors added last week

Overall a good update. Always get a little nervous when I see such presentations as I have many times before, a capital raise tends to follow. However in this case I suggest that is unlikely given previous commentary from DM. Although they can issue up to 15% of capital to sophisticated investors without shareholder agreement. Hopefully the $20m will see us through.
