    Hoping not a cap raise ...... however if this turns out to be a cap raise they better offer the full entitlement (not crumbs) to the current owners/SH and not to those ST Sophs/losers otherwise diluted/sold down the river again and Dave's credibility will be shot no matter how he spins it
