Hi Rog, I see they even had to change the wording of “Loan Facility” to “Conditional Loan Facility”. Guess the ASX must have had something to say about it.
Not much seems to have changed since 2022 when it was also conditionally approved.
Hardly worth an announcement was it, our conditional approved loan is now a conditionally approved loan, just now it’s for solely upstream.
Anyway, a lot of conditionals in there now, guess there is likely to be some pretty tough due diligence hurdles to straddle before it ever amounts to anything.
Hope nobody thought they had the money in the bank with the big headline “Loan
approved”,. should be rules against it, shouldn’t there. Oh wait, maybe that’s why they had to clarify it in their presentation.
Do you think they should clarify the original announcement as well and add a few more “conditionals” , particularly in that header, highlights area?
