I'm not entirely sure, but this smacks a little of desperation, if I am reading it correctly?
Maybe a last chance grab to try and survive a further month's opex with a "Hail Mary" pass?
It seems a little extreme and, as usual, the timing of the announcement, this time after COB on a Friday (again!) raises some suspicions.
Timing, again, is called into question, when you consider that this advance is supposed to be completed by the 22nd of this month, a mere 6 days before the AGM.
I think we have a few interesting days ahead.
