Alright, it's been a busy couple of weeks for us, and really glad to see some predictions come to fruition.
Today is a very significant for us. Not just because of the recent run of victories in terms of SP increase, but more so, the resilience this stock is showing. Today is an extremely poor performing day of trading for the ASX as a whole, and most sectors are down, especially Tech, and Micro Caps are coping the worst of it. In most cases, in market conditions like this, and especially after incurring such huge profits in recent days of trading, there's nearly always a correction or a bounce back, so for ESH to be able to hold firmly around the 27c-28c mark is quite a remarkable achievement and further demonstrates to me that this stock is the real deal and sentiment for it is off the charts. (of course many more indicators such as recent charts, trade volume, CR, partnership etc but the above is purely focused on the sentiment and psychology surrounding the stock). Nice to see.
Going to double down on the prediction here and follow a couple of basic trends we've seeing and look at the now key factors that are in play;
BOD - Are doing what they are supposed to be doing and what we all hoped they would and expected they would do given their calibre. They have completed and laid out the initial foundation for what the company has needed to progress to the next level. (This includes Adams also) Debt reduced, revenue increased, job positions identified/advertised/filled, some nice HUB Partnerships in place (Burirm, PUBG etc), Custom Matchmaking feature, $8m cap raise (with share price actually going UP (Rare)), partnering with SLGG for use of their AI tech and co branding/cross platforming etc, they've now made us highly liquid, brand awareness is increasing (organically) and most importantly, are now in total control of the business and will be making any and all decisions moving forward from here. Again for the long term holders, this is EXACTLY what we invested in the first place and why the NEW investors are investing now. We're in a very smokey industry with an elite Board and have an unrivalled product and are only truly at the very beginning of this journey. *So again, congrats to those who invested early, kept the faith and could see the writing on the wall and are enjoying their PF's appreciate nicely.
Also, Avg Daily trading volume has increased approx x 6 in the past 7 days. This is again massive. Sentiment for this stock is through the roof and punters who are looking to invest into this space now, are seeing that this stock at still extremely LOW in price firstly, but secondly, investors can now recognise that ESH is the leader within the Esports space and has tangible deliverables being executed regularly by a world class BOD. Although we are yet to announce a significantly large revenue based partnership, my bet is that this WILL be within the next 2 announcements. We are cash heavy so are less risky and run way is now long term, the platform is generating increasingly higher amounts of players competing, product is improving, BOD is respected and trusted and Trade Vol is the highest on the ASX for 2 days running.
Not to mention we have now seen a nice chunk of insto investors coming on board to and line wipes and becoming the new norm, so buyer confidence is also at an all time high.
Anything is possible from here, but do feel as though the dam wall is just starting to fill up, once the 'New way to game' announcement will drop this Qtr and or the next rev based announcement to come (and time and time again after that), will send this thing comfortably into the 4c+ territory and beyond in the upcoming weeks.
Finally, we can't forget that the amounts we are talking here still aren't 'huge' $ in terms of money to be spent by investors. The 28c line is $202k in total 29c is $257k 30c is $591k and similar through to 34c. These will be cleaned out very soon with a little more positive sentient coming through the market, we're heading toward 4c+ come Friday.
Anyway, speccy type of contribution from me today, but am ultra confident of where we all currently are and am loving the early stages of this journey.
