Has anybody looked at what these Directors are going to pay themselves should this item be adopted ? The vote is to take Director fees from 500,000 and DOUBLE this number to ONE MILLION for each director! ( .... Please! Let me join the Board!).
After screwing existing shareholders with their recent CR and effectively diluting
the value of our shares by roughly 20%, this type of pay rise is unwise and IMHO unethical. One would think that having to do a capital raise in the first place, the Board would seek to adopt a more modest increase wouldn't you?
