I believe it is a miscommunication and the table is incorrect. I think the ASX forced them to add a pointless table and they just entered the trace level range (0.1-5%). However the text states "presence of the mineral spodumene at a minimum trace level (i.e., 0.1 to 5%)". I think its clear that the majority of these intersections would be above the "minimum trace level"
