If you ask me it looks as if the "lawyers" fees (massive fees for advise on the notes) had been changed so that it reduces the "legal fees" (and by implication the tax liability of the Lawyers) by some 500k under shifting it to the heading of "financing costs" (Iso just another easy lost to be written of by SDL but the lawyers grab 500k taxfree?? (would like to see the lawyers invoices for the past 12 months). Very convenient. So much fees for so little achieved after all these years. Very professional indeed. Let the heads roll. I say!!!. Had enough of this incompetence. Biggest joke is that the announcement is put out as "price sensitive".
