1/ Disingenuous. You know costs are not broken down to that level in the companies financial reports. What are you wanting hidden? The fact the whispers were not accurate? What have you got to lose?
2/ It's obvious you dont recognise that junior explorers need additional monies as programs progress. It's the way the industry is set up to work. Given Inca's choice to take on three potential tier one targets was strongly supported by your mate at the time, (he is after all part owner of some of those tenements), I would have thought that a board planning longer-term to spend more than in the then bank account was normal strategy to build a company. Afterall, no one delineates a tier one orebody with a single hole (or even a handful).
What did you expect? That the holes would drill themselves free of charge? IMO, the failure was not raising more earlier on the back of a well planned campaign, or alternatively, if you didn't want to dilute the then current shareholders, why take on so many projects that you can't afford to complete good exploration on even one? It's inevitable that an explorer will always need more cash at some point.
