that is so damn ..... weird ? whats the word I'm looking for ????!! as odin read all the comments its the only reason they have amended it don't you think ? the likely hood of this gridcomm deal going ahead seems so much less then before todays meeting. I cant see how current board would do any help to the new company if the deal does go ahead.

maybe this last holder of 6% has much more brains then the rest of gridcomm shareholders
