Just breaking down your first statement in your post as an example:
"No it goes to show that a company with a history of non delivery gets no credits for agreements etc, [this is unsubstantiated verbal rubbish designed to inflict damage] + it has to put the sales figures up and the cash in the bank [an obvoious true statement placed to establish your credibility]. + People do not trust Phillips, [a personal opinion that is a long way from the truth] + its been 20 years of nothing. [a statement so far from the truth as to be ridiculous]
What about all the USCOM 1A sales that have financed the companies international expansion and new product development - with minimal Cap Raises.

Then you mix "Rob Phillips has no traction with the market" .- with true potted wisdom like - "The market is an ever changing beast, you could deal in it for a 100 years and still be learning daily."

Finally you finish your post with an unexplained hanging statement to try to suggest you have insight !!!
"FWIW, the share price does not match the positive news flow but there are reasons why."

I suggest you owe Rob Phillips an apology!

Comparing the operations of UCM and TLX is as ridiculous as comparing spheres with cubes. Two entirely different operations with different risks and different reward outcomes. Oh and TLX are burning heaps of cash with a growing annual loss and no real guarantee of success (although I hope for the sake of cancer sufferers their trials deliver). While UCM are kicking goal after goal year after year.
