Running a sort of Straw Poll on the 10 best children's hospitals in the USA gives some idea of the existing penetration of the UCM Uscom 1A - AND - an indication of equipment updates now in the pipeline following lessons learnt in the US recent bad pandemic experience.

STRAW POLL: (the facts are)
I emailed Rob Phillips and asked him, straight out: “Which hospitals in the USA on this year’s list of 10 best children's hospitals in the USA, ranked by US News - own one or more USCOM 1A units”. I was pleased to learn that 4 of the 10 hospitals were already 1A users (see below). He also told me that a further 3 hospitals on this year’s list are hoping to get funding to purchase 1A units before the end of this calendar year.
While the Uscom 1A has been around for some years its real value was demonstrated over the Covid pandemic.
