Heaps of new information surfacing here Pal. So you are just embarrassing your level of knowledge or willingness to learn. Like for instance what people don't really realize here now that zoomyjeff has confirmed the timing of that small parcel of ' missing ' and reconciling balance of 2,407,392 shares issued back in January ...a.t a time when the SP was still very much languishing in its on again off again ' sideways ' channel.......is the fact that people and investors don't seem to realize that Piedmont had this ' Non Dilutionary ' clause which allows them to participate base on various issues on the ' Same Terms ' as what the issue is being primarily for.
So then it remains to be seen then that Piedmont was in fact participating under it's ' contractual ' rights of non dilution , and therefore this is something we should have been made aware of by the appropriate disclosure of the change in substantial notice which should have been triggered at that time......in January when some shareholders would have been looking for something more positive to inspire the SP.
So in reality , it doesn't matter what the size of the parcel would have been at that time , it is the fact that it gave rise to a 2 plus percentage movement on account of the previous dilution and should have been reported at that much earlier time. This way investors could have analysed the significance of Piedmont exercising its contractual right for such a small holding parcel at that time.
So this is why the rules were put in place by the ASX for substantial institutional holders - because much can be interpreted by the timing of their disclosures. And much of this is ' NEW ' to the discussion mate .....so again I beg to differ on your desire to not flesh out the concerns but rather straight up ramp the stock price based on fictitious claims of Elon buying out our stock for 90.0 cents or $1.00.
And I of all Investors would want Sayona to achieve the price targets and valuations I have predicted and predicated my investment on. Not only for the fact that it validates my work , but it also makes me much wealthier. But a foundation based on incompetence going forward.....or one that purposefully takes advantage of the intelligence of smaller more enthusiastic shareholders is NOT one that I want to see fostered or developed as we move quickly towards the pointy end of production and profitability.
Like for instance for God's sake get someone who can manage the treasury functions of this organisation giv en ALL the cross currency issues with regards to Capital items and Expenses as well as repatriated profits.
