That's how Bergen work, it's not illegal, it's not a good move whatsoever to get involved with them. I wouldn't be surprised if they've now realized this and that is why they are getting share placement elsewhere.
It's still not satisfactory needing money so often for this project without SH update. What are they doing, who knows?
I'm just lucky to be holding a very small parcel.
