This is a wild speculation but bear with me!
The share price started getting pretty hot and peaked at $1.26 then cooled off rapidly to settle around $1.10.
A week later an announcement is made about company insiders trading requirements, i.e. You can't buy/sell on insider information.
Couple the above with what we do know for fact: two new detectors released, other contracts won, etc.
I'm not seeing any reason to be bearish on this company.
