Spozzie, the report clearly states that for holes 149 and 150 assays for the sulphide zone have already been received and were reported in Appendix 1. Nickel was at low levels, averaging about 0.10-0.2% thereabouts. In the overall scheme of things I dont think too much can be interpreted from that given the holes were reportedly only intersecting the upper fringe of the conductor. They did say that assays are awaited samples from above and below the targeted sulphide zone, ie, before the drill enters the zone and after the drill exits the zone . At least that's my interpretation. Assays are awaited for hole 151 but as they said indicated it does not appear mineralized at the target depth then I would not be holding my breath on the lab results.
In summary, to the takeaway from Anomaly 1 drilling so far, regarding nickel, is ….. nothing yet to get hot and sweaty about, but who knows what further drilling into the guts of the conductor may show. Jury still out.
