Possibly good grant from the US government on the way
I think they helped out MPI to the tune of 35million
I think they used that on the processing plant
MPI stated in a ANN couple years ago about doing 3rd party ore so not having to build processing plant is a bonus for Shareholders maybe MPI might do 1 better and join DTR if the REE are plentyfull
Bad daddy will no this already thats why they have brought up a bucket load shares
Bring it on good profit for all on the way
