Ann: Amended - Viacom Agreement for Nickelodeon eSports Platform, page-40

There is something about EM1 that is fishy. the change in the ANN, the lack of information on when it will launch, any projected revenues and the management all about protecting themselves and their own personal interests.

Do you think Viacom would enter into a deal with no projected launch date?
Do you think Viacom would enter into a deal with no revenue projected (it states mutual revenue in ANN) I get it takes time to integrate and build the subscription model and target the consumer in NickX marketing but what is this BS that they pump. this is very very poor form!!!

Still holding my shares and will sit and wait for either something accurate and demonstrated Shareholder interest or next opportunity its sold and screw the losses in selling....Cant tolerate poor governance
