I know this adds little value but they had a week to get the announcement correct and just happened to miss the Africa part - wasn't there another announcement or article recently where it said they were going to get x amount of users and they had to amend/correct?
I guess the whole AU game thing i posted on the other announcement was true that they are building it for just Africa.

Guess if they can smash Africa it might be replicated elsewhere but they already have similar technology built.
Still no mention on money paid by viacom to em1 to develop it so just is a cost to em1 and hope it is successful to revenue share... Guess time will tell.
