Rest assured I have @MCLXJD023. Their head grades are minimum 10x VTM's single back-of-beyond drillhole, irrespective of the TbDy %.
220 ppm TREO material will never be commercialised. Never.
As for 35% HREO, the infill drillholes presented in this release averages 31.6% HREO (i.e. Tb through to Lu, and Y). 22.4% of that 31.6% (or 71% of the HREO) is Y, a worthless rare earth. You'll only get paid for TbDy, which averages 3.9% for the presented drillholes.
Plenty of smoke and mirrors being promoted in this release. Beware!
