Although few will notice, AHF has actually advanced today. The option issue results in a small theoretical dilution of about 4 cents per share, which is more than compensated for by the 'free' $7m that will be received in February. But AHF is trading at 35 cents, so its actually up about 2 cents.
No big deal, but worth mentioning I think.
I personally know of a moderately large investor with cash who has approached the company offering to invest directly. It seems to be very highly respected.
