This announcement is important because by changing its agreement and charging by day/ hourly rates, the Company can essentially begin running double shifts (12hrs x 2), based on demand by their customer ofcourse. This means they can receive more revenue for each deployed rig that is doing double shift, increasing their operational leverage and underlaying gross margin
