Now we are letting them break the contract and basically just pay up their fees for the service until it ends.

Why are Jake and Davey not enforcing the contract? Betr can do what they want technologically but they agreed to pay a minimum amount for 10 years. If they want to break this it should be a massive break contract fee. Something like $50M for early exit.

The fact that there is no large break contract fee coming is massive incompetence from management.
