    I understand it's not a disaster but it is a material contract lost - what's the reason for it being lost? who wasn't getting the value from the deal? costs? resources to deliver ? the product offering itself.. I also don't get why Tripp would cancel this deal being on both betr and bet.. something is up - I just hope it's good news. i would prefer to see a loss this quater but growth in revenue / profitability is important but at this stage we want growth not profit
