i hold bluebet since ipo....the chairman hold over 40 percent of...

i hold bluebet since ipo....

the chairman hold over 40 percent of shares , he make all the calls...

bluebet merger with betr was an disaster, since betr will be majority shareholder of bluebet.... also bluebet is force to cap raised $20m.. this is a reverse takeover ...

but.......bluebet is burning cash..... sp is around 20c.... ipo was $1.15...

bluebet try to sell technology to America but it burning lot of cash...

i spoken to bluebet executives.. they stated betr dont want to buy bluebet..they dont have the money..

there turnover is less then bluebet....

it seem like bluebet is burning too much cash and sp will keep slumping ...

instead of a cheap takeover in near future , bluebet decided to merge with betr.....

this is all about money... if someone offer them $100m they sold asap....

there no loyalty or principles...

did bluebet make mistake????

i think bluebet have no other choice....

by looking at bluebet sp.. it seem like market like it...

this is what happen when you out of money..... you force to merge or sell...
