Here the thing yall.
Betr gets 20million. Get BBT for dirt cheap. BBT spent considerable dosh on it's software from ipo to now. BETR gets all that. Thereafter, they get BBT customers. In-house software and therefore no on-going software costs.
All in all, Betr isn't necessarily ditching Betmakers for no other reason than good business decision to acquire a company. The fact Betr launced with betmakers and grew to it's position is impressive really. We won, they won, and I believe Betr/BBT will continue to be an active of betmakers. The 20 million raise, probably 10-15% will come to betmakers for migration services etc. Show me the money!
