re: Ann: Amendment of the Heads of Agreement ... Removing Bromley and Pettit as directors would leave the company without a Managing Director and would leave Tsang, Chow, George and Stacpoole as directors. The new MD would have to be one of these guys.
Maybe this is what the company needs but hopefully they release some info about their proposed plans for the company as it looks to be a major change of direction.
