Well Mr Tsang probably wouldnt have called this meeting if he wasnt confident of 50% support - it would be great for him to share his plans with us though. Port capacity will be a battle with a few other companies so the quicker we can get this sorted and on the road to production, the better.
Shouldnt be too much impact on the share price but with this hanging over us, the scoping study probably will have little share price impact when it is released.
