re: Ann: Amendment of the Heads of Agreement ... It is a bit of a shame that things have got to this point. There is no doubt that Tsang has been a major source of funding and Mindax wouldnt have gotten to this point without him. I think all the directors chipped in to buy options which expire at the end of next month - Tsang has the lions share but not all company directors have several million dollars sitting on hand.

Id love to see an alternative plan for going forward as this vote is for a pretty major change in the company and to give Tsang control of the board.
