John lemon is irrelevant in the scheme of things, he's the company secretary, takes his salary, does his job, has never bought any shares, the only shares he has came as a contra payment as director fees when low on cash and he only ever reluctantly became a director because at the time we needed two directors normally resident in Australia to satisfy regulatory requirements.
The two directors to take note of are the chairman, Ian Ross, who has a decent position mostly accumulated with his own cash and added to this chair and of course the managing director Chris Jordinson who has also acquired a decent position with his own cash.
