Opportunities like PDI are pretty hard to come by. I sold way too early in CHN + DEG and won't be making the same mistake again.

As iv mentioned before. You could take a shovel to this tenement now and make money.
This could grow into one of the monsters of West Africa with it open all directions and the other deposit 3km away.
Resolute will no doubt fling us a bunch of cash for the Ivory Coast deposits too.
