Why wouldn’t the DGR board welcome interest from a shareholder whose business model is closing the gap between market price and intrinsic value of investee companies?

The DGR board has no intention of selling its AJQ shares at any price. Instead of engaging with an interested bidder, with a view to finding a winning outcome for shareholders, they are telling them to F off.
