I read it as : amendments 2 and 3 have been made and cannot be changed, however amendment 1 can be shifted back to the original and more favourable terms by means of approving.
I have never seen anything like it.
the company have been held over by someone either the asx or the note issuer, and, considering the note issuer had already signed and negotiated the previous deal and terms maybe its our governing body setting the rules, but why?
its all a bit of nothing really.
