Disagree there Mr Dasher, MGG needs someone with strong leadership and proven performance; someone who can restructure and get rid of the deadwood; someone who can work with the team to develop a dynamic business plan with progressive realistic key performance indicators (KPIs); and where bonuses are only paid after each director's performance review shows they have satisfied more than 85% of their KPIs. Plus need a tight budget, no expenditure on miscellaneous airy-fairy dodgy stuff, like long lunches/dinners, entertainment, alcohol, travel (Zoom saves $$$), etc,. Yes, financials that are clearly transparent and accountable.
